可持续发展的目标就是最小化环境影响,最大化人类福利。针对此,学术界近年来提出了利用生态福利绩效作为可持续发展的分析工具。因此,本文从环境可持续、人类福利以及两者间关系研究现状分析的基础上,梳理了生态福利绩效概念的提出与相关的研究现状,以期为生态福利绩效的进一步研究奠定基础。

The goal of sustainable development is to minimize the environmental impact and maximize human welfare. Recently, the ecological welfare performance is proposed and used as an analytical tool for sustainable development. Therefore, based on the analysis of environmental sustainability, human welfare and the relationship between them, this paper summarizes the research on the ecological welfare performance, in order to lay the foundation for the further study on the ecological welfare performance.
