基于模糊VIKOR法的专利质押融资 优质质押专利选择研究

Selection of High-quality Pledged Patent for Patent Pledge Financing Based on Fuzzy VIKOR

摘要:

针对专利质押融资情境下优质质押专利的特点，综合考虑专利本身价值和专利权企业运营状况对质押专利选择的影响，优化了优质质押专利选择评价指标体系。针对优质质押专利选择指标数据难以量化的特点，提出了基于模糊VIKOR法的多属性折中决策方法，并对该方法的有效性进行了实证研究。

Abstract:

According to the characteristics of high-quality pledged patent under the situations of patent pledge financing,considering the impact of the patent value and patent owner business operations for the selected patent pledge,optimized selection evaluation system of high-quality pledged patent. According to the characteristics high-quality pledged patent select index data which is quantified difficultly,proposes the decision method with fuzzy multiple attribute based on fuzzy VIKOR method,and illustrate the validity of this method through an empirical example.
