虚拟团队工作对传统领导提出了挑战,共享领导不断得到关注。本文采用文献研究法,以虚拟团队共享领导为主题,对现有研究进行梳理和分析。研究发现,共享领导比传统领导更适应虚拟团队;虚拟团队共享领导受成员个体、团队、垂直领导和组织支持、媒介等因素的影响;共享领导对虚拟团队结果和个体产出产生影响。最后,本文基于现有研究不足提出未来研究方向。

Shared leadership is getting more attentions while traditional leadership is facing challenges in virtual teams. This paper focuses on shared leadership in virtual teams by using literature review, and find that: shared leadership is more effective than traditional leadership in virtual teams; shared leadership in virtual teams is affected by factors of individual level, team level, vertical leadership, organizational support and media while it has important influences on both individual and team outputs. Finally, this paper provides the future research directions in terms of the existing research gaps.
