基于约束理论的集群内产业链升级—以古镇灯饰产业集群为例

摘要:

产业集群依靠核心产业在区域范围内形成了局部产业链,产业集群的兴衰取决于能否驱动集群内产业链的不断完善和升级。本文构建了用约束理论(TOC)思维流程进行集群内产业链升级的分析框架,从知道“改进什么”到“改进成什么样子”再到“怎样改进”是基于TOC的集群内产业链升级的基本逻辑。以古镇灯饰产业集群为例,利用TOC提供的一系列工具来解释和解决集群内产业链升级的问题,验证了用TOC的思维流程分析方法来进行集群内产业链升级分析的基本程序。

Abstract:

Industrial clusters has formed the local industry chain in regional scale rely on the core industry, the rise and fall of industrial clusters will depend on whether driving continuous improvement of the industry chain in clusters. This article constructed the analysis framework of upgrading the industry chain in clusters with the thinking processes of the theory of constraints (TOC). From Determining “whatSneedsSimprovement”, to “whatSitSwould be”, to , this process described the basic logic of the upgrading of the industry in clusters based on TOC. Taking guzhen lighting industry cluster as an example, Using a series of tools from TOC to explain and solve the problem of the industry chain in clusters upgrading, the basic program of Using the TOC’s thinking processes to upgrade the industry chain in clusters was verified.
