基于元评价的高校科研绩效量化考核评价研究*

摘要:

元评价是对前评价工作的评判和监督,它适用于各项具体评价工作。高校教师科研绩效评价是一项系统工作,其本身也需要评价。当前高校的科研量化考核工作取得一定成效,但同时也带来了一些负面影响。通过对科研绩效元评价标准的设计和分析,提出应用元评价的相关原理对高校科研绩效考核工作进行再评估,并给出元评价实施的具体对策和建议。

Abstract:

Meta-evaluation is on the original evaluation and supervision of the evaluation work, it is suitable for each specific evaluation work. The teachers" scientific research performance evaluation is a systematic work, the assessment oneself need to be evaluated, too. The scientific quantitative assessment has achieved certain results in colleges and universities at present, but at the same time it also brought some negative effects. Through the design and analysis of the meta-evaluation standard of scientific research performance, this paper puts forward the relevant principle of meta-evaluation can be used to evaluate the university’s scientific research performance evaluation work again, and some countermeasures and suggestions are given on meta-evaluation’s implementation.
