基于产业知识基础的总部经济区域创新体系构建

The Construction of Headquarters Economy’s Regional Innovation System Based on the Industrial Knowledge Bases

摘要:

本文以产业知识基础为视角，总部经济中心城市为区域划分依据，从理论上构建了基于产业知识基础的总部经济区域创新体系。该区域创新体系以产业知识基础为创新资源，制度为外部因素，总部经济特性为内部禀赋，综合作用影响创新配置进而影响区域创新体系的构建类型。本文构建了前向支撑型、后向支撑型和网络支撑型区域创新体系，并以成都、上海、北京为典型总部经济中心城市进行区域创新体系构建分析并提出对策建议。

Abstract:

This paper constructs a theoretical regional innovation system, based on the perspective of industrial knowledge bases and the regional division of headquarters economy center cities. Industry knowledge bases play the role of innovation resources, institution works as external factor, headquarters economy characteristic is the internal endowment, and all of them comprehensive influence innovation configuration and further influence the construction type of the regional innovation system. The regional innovation system of forward support type, backward support type and network support type are constructed in this paper, in which the thorough analysis and proper countermeasures are proposed for regional innovation systems construction in Chengdu, Shanghai and Beijing as the typical headquarters economy center cities.
