基于社会物质性理论视角,研究了技术创新因素的物质性和社会性对信息系统实施动力的直接和交互影响。运用结构方程模型通过SPSS20.0和AMOS20.0对180份调研数据进行分析得出：技术创新的物质性因素和社会性因素不仅对信息系统的实施具有正向直接影响,而且两者之间的交互作用也会对信息系统实施动力产生积极影响。研究表明,提高技术创新能力不仅要加强企业R D投入和研发能力,更要结合吸收和集成外部社会环境的因素进行协同创新,从而有效推进信息系统的实施。

Based on the theory of socialmateriality, this paper studies the direct and interaction effects of the technology innovation (both material factors and social factors) on the implementation motivation of information system. Using the structural equation model, 180 survey data is analyzed by SPSS20.0 and AMOS20.0, which shows the material and social factors of technology innovation not only has a positive direct influence on the implementation of the information system, as well as the interaction between the material and social factors. This research disclosed the rules that to improve the ability of technology innovation and to promote the implementation motivation of information systems, it is not only to strengthen company’s R D input, but to combine the introduction, absorption and integration of external technologies.
