基于要素流动视角,构建了创新环境、协同创新机制与协同创新行为作用机理模型,运用结构方程模型,采用中西部地区8省(市)126个大中型种业企业的问卷调查数据,验证了创新环境对我国种业科企协同创新的间接影响效应。实证结果发现:创新环境并不能直接对种业企业协同创新参与度产生显著影响,但可以推动种业科企实现协同创新,而科企创新战略协同度和协同创新机制被调查数据证明对创新环境的推动力起到了中介桥梁作用,是影响种业企业协同创新参与度的直接原因。研究还发现更深层次的传导机理:(1)保险服务对科企双方激励机制影响较显著;(2)资源共享机制对科企双方合作方式的选择影响较显著;(3)技术创新战略协同度对科企双方合作模式的选择影响较显著。

Based on the Perspective of Factor Flow, using the structural equation model and the questionnaire survey data about 126 large and medium-sized seed enterprises in the Mid-west 8 provinces (city), this paper construct a mechanism model about innovative environment, collaborative innovation mechanism and cooperative innovation behavior, verify the indirect effect of innovative environment for science-interprise collaborative innovation in the seed industry of China. The empirical results show that the innovative environment have not directly a significant influence for the participative degree of collaborative innovation in seed enterprises, but can promote the science-interprise of seed industry to achieve collaborative innovation, and the innovative strategy synergy degree and collaborative innovation mechanism between science and interprise are proved by the surveyed data to play an intermediary role as a bridge for the driving force of innovative environment, they are the direct cause to influence for the participative degree of collaborative innovation in seed enterprises. It is also found that they have some deeperly conductive mechanisms that the insurance service has a significant effect on the incentive mechanism of both parties, and the sharing mechanism of resource has a significant impact on the choice of cooperative mode between science and interprise; Moreover, the coordinative degree of technological innovation strategy has a significant effect on the choice of cooperative mode between two sides.
