新兴产业将成为新常态下我国经济发展的新引擎,开放式创新范式是新兴产业突破技术瓶颈、缩短研发周期、提升创新速度的必然选择,而作为新兴产业重要外部创新资源的高校正经历着从研究型大学到创业型大学的嬗变,传统的产学合作已不能适应当前经济转型和大学建设的需要,本研究首先分析了新兴产业、研究型大学和创业型大学的本质内涵和创新特征,然后,运用两群体模仿者动态微分方程,探讨了不同情景下新兴产业与两类异质大学合作创新的的演化博弈过程和稳定策略,最后在对理论命题逐一进行数理证明的基础上,得出了一些有益的结论与启示。

The emerging industries will become the new engine of China's economic development under New Normal. Open innovative model is necessary choice for the emerging industries in order to break through technological bottleneck,shorten R&D period and improve innovation rate.As the important innovative resource outside of the emerging industries, the universities is experiencing an education revolution from research to entrepreneurial model now.the traditional Industry-University Cooperation (IUC) have could not meet the current needs of economic transformation and university construction,Firstly, this paper analyzes the natural content and innovative features of the emerging industries, research and entrepreneurial universities. Then, adopting the dynamic equations of two imitators’ groups, probes into evolution game process and stable strategies in cooperative innovation between emerging industries and two kinds of heterogeneous universities respectively under different scenarios.finally, some useful conclusions and inspiration are drawed on the basis of every theoretical propositions verified by the mathematical methods.
