三维视角下天津自贸区知识产权保护机制构建战略研究

摘要:

从国外、国内、天津自身三个视角出发，分析欧盟地区、上海自由贸易园区、天津自由贸易园区三个区域知识产权保护机制建设的经验与问题，通过对比研究，识别出这些园区的关键成功要素以及成功异同，发现管理体制创新、纠纷处置创新、服务运用深化等相关因素起着决定性作用，随后提出了天津自由贸易园区知识产权保护机制的构建思路与战略设想，供参考。

Abstract:

From three perspectives of foreign, domestic and Tianjin,analyzed the experience and problems about the intellectual property protection mechanisms of EU region, Shanghai Free Trade Zone and Tianjin free trade zone. Through the contrast research, identify the key success factors and the success of the similarities and differences of these parks.Found that the management system innovation, dispute resolution innovation, service and application and other related factors play a decisive role. Subsequently, proposed the construction and strategic ideas of the intellectual property protection mechanism of the Tianjin free trade zone,ror reference.
