重污染企业环境行为影响因素实证研究

An Empirical Study on the Factors of Heavily Polluting Enterprises’ Environmental Behavior

摘要:

重污染企业是促进经济快速发展的主体,同时也是环境污染的主要来源,其积极的环境行为是促进我国可持续发展的关键。通过明确企业环境行为的内涵,以重污染企业为调查对象,从文献研究中提炼出影响重污染企业环境行为的因素,利用实证方法进行研究。结果表明,环境规制、市场结构、企业治理结构、企业管理认知和企业财务状况五个因素能够对重污染企业环境行为产生影响,而企业存续时间、企业规模以及市场及公众压力三个影响因素未通过假设检验。最后针对如何进一步强化重污染企业环境行为从政府和企业两方面提出对策建议。

Abstract:

The heavy polluting enterprises are not only subjects to promote rapid economic development , but also a major source of environmental pollution. Their positive environmental behavior is the key to promoting sustainable development of our country. This paper use empirical research methods with a clear connotation of corporate environmental behavior , a survey of heavy polluting enterprises, and the extraction of heavy polluting enterprises environmental behavior factors from the literature. The result shows that five factors including environmental regulation, market structure, corporate governance, enterprise management awareness and corporate financial situation have an impact on the environmental behavior of heavily polluting enterprises. Another three factors as corporate survival time, firm size , market influence and public pressure did not pass the hypothesis testing. Finally suggestions on how to strengthen the environmental behavior of heavily polluting enterprises were given from both government and business perspective.
