产业转移驱动区际技术创新协同的实证研究 ——以安徽承接长三角地区制造业转移为例

Empirical Research on the Coordinated Machanisam of Interregional Technology Innovation driven by industrial transfer—take Anhui Undertake Manufacturing Transfer from Yangtze River Delta as an Example

摘要:

近年来区际产业转移已经成为我国经济发展过程中的普遍现象。本文从产业链分工视角下我国区际产业转移的现实出发，从产品创新与工艺创新协同的视角探讨产业转移驱动的区际技术创新协同关系，构建了产业转移驱动的区际技术创新协同发展机理模型，并以安徽承接长三角地区制造业为例，运用复合系统的协调度模型实证研究了2006-2013年产业链分工背景下安徽地区工艺创新系统与长三角地区产品创新系统的协同关系。研究发现：长三角地区产品创新子系统和安徽地区工艺创新子系统都向有序化方向发展的，且两地之间的技术创新协同水平呈逐年递增态势。

Abstract:

In recent years, inter-regional industrial transfer has become a common phenomenon in the process of economic development in our country. Based on the actual situation of domestic industry transfer and relevant literature review, from the perspective of product innovation and process innovation, this research discusses the synergic relationship and constructs the coordinated development mechanism model. Then, taking Anhui undertake manufacturing industry in Yangtze River Delta as an example, collaborative relationship between technology innovation system in Anhui and product innovation system in Yangtze River Delta has been researched empirically under the background of industrial chain division during 2006-2013, by coordination degree of compound system model. The study found: product innovation subsystem in Yangtze River Delta and process innovation subsystem in Anhui is to develop in the direction of ordering and technological innovation coordination level between two regions shows an increasing trend year by year.
