运用适应度景观理论对组织知识创新影响要素的组合适应度进行分析,探讨了组织在创新绩效景观上的重组和探索过程,寻找提高组织创新绩效的有效提升路径。研究结果表明:组织知识创新要素间的相互作用对提高组织创新绩效具有重要作用;组织可通过知识创新影响要素的组合状态,了解当前状况下的着重点,并可通过适应度景观寻找到创新绩效的最优提升路径。

Using the theory of adaptive landscape to analyze the impact factors of the organizational knowledge innovation, the organization innovation and exploration process of the innovation performance landscape is discussed, and the effective way to improve the performance of the organization innovation is explored. The research results show that the interaction between the elements of organizational knowledge innovation plays an important role in improving organizational innovation performance. The organization can focus on the combined state of the sknowledge and innovation’s impact factors, and can find the optimal path to improve the innovation performance by adapting the landscape.
