本研究采用BP神经网络、支持向量机方法研究项目型组织成员知识转移动机、组织情景对其知识转移效果的影响，避免了条件假设所带来的人工误差。研究证实组织目标一致性、组织凝聚力、组织支持感等组织情境因素对组织成员知识转移动机的差异化影响，为促进项目型组织知识转移的实现提供了理论借鉴，并为今后的社会科学问题实证研究方法提供了新的思路。

In this study, we research on the motivation of the members in the PBOs by machine learning, which effectively avoided the artificial error. Study confirmed that organizational context include Project Goal Congruence, Organizational Glue, Perceived Organizational Support have a different effects on member’s motivation and effectiveness of knowledge transfer, and provides a theoretical reference for knowledge transfer in project-based organizations.
