从企业与顾客市场环境的动态匹配观点出发,以组织学习理论为依据,探讨了顾客导向视角下组织学习对企业自主技术创新能力的影响,提出了“顾客导向-知识盘点-组织学习-知识更新与重组-企业自主技术创新能力构成要素-企业自主技术创新能力形成”的理论观点,并以华为公司案例加以论证和阐释。研究发现培育企业自主技术创新能力,需要将企业转化为以顾客为导向的学习型组织,并建立吻合学习型组织的组织学习机制。

Starting from the point of view of the dynamic matching of enterprises with their customer environment, and based on the theory of organizational learning, we have, in this article, probed organizational learning effect on the enterprise independent technology innovation ability based on perspective of customer orientation,and constructed the theory that “customer orientation-knowledge inventory-organizational learning-knowledge updating and restructuring- constituent elements of enterprise independent technology innovation ability- formation of enterprise independent technology innovation ability”,and then we have taken as cases Huawei to prove and expound our argument.The study found that cultivating enterprise independent technology innovation ability needs the enterprise oriented the learning organization based on customer-oriented, and establish the mechanism of organization learning.
