在从单个专利为特征的战术竞争转向以专利组合为特征的战略竞争的时代,构建新能源汽车产业专利联盟就是赢得新能源汽车产业战略竞争的重要举措。文章阐述了我国新能源汽车产业专利联盟构建的必要性与可行性,围绕我国新能源汽车产业专利联盟构建的主体、路径等提出初步建议,并对构建我国新能源汽车产业专利联盟应注意的几个问题提出了自己的浅见。

In the current era, tactic competition which is characterized by single patent is turning to strategic competition which is characterized by patent combination. Structuring patent alliance of new-energy automobile industry is an important measure to win in the strategic competition of new-energy automobile industry. The article elaborates the necessity and feasibility of structuring patent alliance of new-energy automobile industry, proposes tentative advices focusing on main part and path of the alliance and puts forward my own opinions on the issues which should be noticed during the process of construction.
