从国防科技企业实施两用技术双元创新的必要性与困境出发,运用生物种群竞争的L-V模型探究两用技术双元创新的平衡问题。研究表明,两用技术双元创新之间会有正向或负向的作用关系,不同的作用关系产生了三种双元模式:双元竞争模式、双元捕食模式及双元互利共存模式。在双元互利共存模式下,两用技术双元创新的水平最高。国防科技企业可以通过搭建有效运行机制,促使双元创新处在互利共存模式下。

Based on the recognition of the necessity and predicament of defense technology enterprises’ implementing of ambidextrous innovation of dual-use technology, the article explores the balance model of ambidextrous innovation of dual-use technology by L-V competitive model of biological population. The findings show that, the ambidextrous innovations of dual-use technology interact either positively or negatively. All together there are three dual patterns observed: the competition pattern, the dual predator-prey pattern, and the mutual benefit and coexistence pattern. The ambidextrous innovation of dual-use technology of the mutual benefit and coexistence pattern was found to be the highest. The Defense technological enterprises could construct effective operation mechanism so as to elicit and keep alive the mutual benefit and coexistence pattern.
