我国社会流动性与长期经济增长互动机理研究

Study on the Interactive Mechanism between Social Mobility and Long-term economic growth of China

摘要:

提高社会流动性是实现我国长期经济增长的关键。通过研究我国社会流动性与经济增长目前的发展状况,分析社会流动性与长期经济增长之间的互动关系,进一步探讨我国社会流动性与长期经济增长的影响因素:政治因素、经济因素、教育因素和社会因素,并构建了我国社会流动性与长期经济增长的互动关系图,最终提出促进我国社会流动性与长期经济增长良性互动的建议：打破制度障碍,促进自由流动；优化产业结构,创新科学技术；调节收入分配,增强社会流动；改善资源配置,落实教育公平；加强人力资本投资,提高劳动力适应性。

Abstract:

Improving social mobility is the key to achieving long-term economic growth of China. The paper studies the current development of social mobility and long-term economic growth in China and analyzes the interaction between then, then explore the factors which would affect social mobility and long-term economic growth, they are political factor, economic factor, education and social factor, and then build an interactive relationship model of social mobility and long-term economic growth. At the end of the paper puts forward some suggestions to promote the benign interaction between social mobility and long-term economic growth: Break the institutional barriers to promote the mobility; Optimizing the industrial structure and update science and technology; Adjustment of income distribution to enhance social mobility; Improve resource allocation and finish educational equity; Strengthening human capital investment to increase the labor flexibility.
