Abstract:Conducted a case study about how the “Government-Customer-Industry-University-Institute” interaction to affect enterprise sustainable innovation capability through survey, interview and process publicly available data about Chery automobile. The study finds that the multi-agents interative network of “Government-Customer-Industry-University-Institute” positively impacts on the enterprise sustainable innovation capability; The degree of complementarity of resources positively impacts on the sustainable innovation capability; Interactive learning behavior has a positive impact on the sustainable innovation capability. In addition, the interactive willingness plays a moderate role in the process of multi-agents interaction, the higher the degree of interaction willingness, the more obvious that interactive network to enhance sustainable innovation capability is. Based on this, constructing the theory model of the “Government-Customer-Industry-University-Institute” interaction impacts on enterprise sustainable innovation capability, expect to make part of the explanation of external factors sustainable innovation capability of enterprises.
