在考虑农产品质量安全、增值服务等现实要求下,根据“供应链管理三足鼎立”理论,提出基于全面管理结构的农产品供应链竞争力评价指标体系；随后基于可拓学理论,使用可拓方法中的优度评价法为农产品供应链竞争力建立评价模型；并运用案例分析将该评价模型的等级波动,验证所建模型的有效性和先进性。

With considering the request of reality and according to the three pillars theory of supply chain management, this paper firstly puts forward an index system for agri-products supply chain competitiveness, which is based on the comprehensive management structure. Then it establishes the evaluation model with the priority-degree evaluation method based on theories of Extenics. Finally, by analyzing and comparing the instance’s results of the new-established evaluation model and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model, we get seventh rank, sixth rank respectively and similar level fluctuation in them, which prove the validity and advancement of the new-established evaluation model.
