Abstract:According to behavioral economics correlation theory, the paper, based on the hypothesis of human’s bounded rationality, constructs evolutionary game model about member’s behavior under the effect of reciprocal preference, by introducing a new factor reciprocal preference. Then,the paper both analyses the influences some factors exert on member’s behavior choice , these factors including reciprocal preference ,output capacity, the coefficient of share profits and synergistic effect, and analyses the evolutionary stable strategy of member’s behavior choice , aiming to provide tips and suggestions for improving team performance.Results show that, the proportion of member choosing mutual benefit and collaboration is positively correlated with the coefficient of member"s contribution of mutual effort and coefficient of share profits, and negatively correlated with contribution of output efforts, level of output efforts and conflict coefficient of mutual effort. Degree of reciprocity preferences is indefinitely correlated with member behavior choice.
