以江苏231家中小企业为样本,构建中小企业网络嵌入性和知识吸收能力之间的理论关系模型,并运用结构方程对网络规模、网络中心性、网络关系的强度、网络关系的质量这四个维度与吸收能力的关系进行研究,以期从网络嵌入性方面找到提升中小企业知识吸收能力的途径,并就如何促进中小企业网络嵌入性提出相应对策。

With the sample of 231 SMEs in Jiangsu provincie, the theoretical model of relationship between SMEs’ network embeddedness and knowledge absorptive capacity is constructed in this paper. In order to find out the way of enhancing the SEMs’ absorptive capacity from the perspective of network embeddedness, specific relationships between network scale, network centrality, network relationship strength, network relationship quality and the absorptive capacity are analyzed by using structural equation modle. Finally, according to the results of empirical research, the measures of promoting network embeddedness are put forward.
