摘要:

本文基于资源基础观和动态能力理论研究了大数据能力的概念内涵和维度。同时，利用来自广东省内118家集团企业作为样本数据，采用结构方程模型方法对大数据能力与集团管控的关系进行了实证研究。研究结果表明，大数据能力能够对集团管控产生影响，其中资源整合能力对战略管控、财务管控和文化管控的影响均存在显著正向关系，而深度分析能力对财务管控存在显性负向影响，对战略管控和文化管控不存在显著影响，实时洞察与预测能力对战略管控、财务管控和文化管控均不存在显著影响。

Abstract:

The paper put forward the concept of big data capacity based on resource based view and dynamic capabilities theory, and propose the dimensions of big data capacity through theoretical and empirical research. This paper study the relationship among big data capacity and group control by using 118 group companies in Guangdong province as sample data , and structural equation model to test the hypotheses. The results show that big data capacity has significant impact on group control, but currently exists only in the integrating resources capacity, namely the integrating resources capacity has a positive impact on strategic control, financial control and cultural control. The in-depth analysis capacity has no significant impact on strategic control and cultural control, but has a negative impact on financial control; the real-time insight and predictive capacity has no significant impact on strategic control, financial control and cultural control.
