万众云创新的参与主体及参与机制研究：以百度百科为例*

Cloud Innovation:Participants And Participation Mechanism—A Case Study on Baidu Encyclopedia

摘要:

万众云创新作为一种多主体参与的创新模式,其开放性、民主性、低成本、高效率等优势使其成为企业创新活动的新路径。在对个人、正式组织、非正式组织等云创新参与主体及其在云创新运作流程中的关键作用进行详细描述的基础上,归纳总结了创新需求方采用万众云创新的原因以及万众参与方参与创新的现实基础和动力机制,最后以百度百科为例,基于上述理论框架,对百度百科万众参与的云创新模式进行了详细论述,以期为以上理论分析提供实践证据。

Abstract:

Public cloud innovation, as an innovative mode of multi-participants,has openness, democracy, low cost and high efficiency advantages, which make it a new way for firms to innovate. This paper describes kinds of participants and their key role in public cloud innovation . On the above basis, we summarize the reasons for innovation demand-side to use the pattern of public cloud innovation and the motivation mechanism for participants to participate in the innovation.Finally, we describe the case of Baidu Encyclopedia in detail and analyze its public cloud innovation mode, in order to provide empirical evidence for the above theory analysis.
