从我国海洋科技投入、科技产出、社会经济发展三个方面构建海洋科技竞争力的评价指标,采用熵值法赋权进行实证分析。最后,引入空间权重矩阵,借助空间计量模型对海洋科技竞争力影响因素进行了分析。结果表明:在研究期内,我国沿海省份地区海洋科技竞争力具有明显地带性和空间分布差异性,形成北部以山东、东部以上海、南部以广东为核心的海洋科技辐射区;海洋科技对社会经济支撑作用最明显的3个省、市分别是:天津、上海和福建省;海洋科技人才结构对海洋科技竞争力影响最大且最为显著,海洋第二产业占比过高对海洋科技发展有负向作用,从业人员科技素养提高能有效提升海洋科技竞争力水平。
