社会资本对科研产出的影响因素研究——基于“985”高校的实证

摘要:

为探讨社会资本对我国高校科研工作者科研产出的影响,本研究以“985”高校经济管理学科随机抽取的422名教授作为样本,运用K均值聚类分析、Kruskal-Wallis检验、Mann-Whitney U检验方法进行实证研究。结果表明：行政职务对科研产出的数量产生显著影响,但对科研产出的质量没有显著影响；只有学术兼职的科研工作者,其科研产出的质量与数量高于同时担任学术兼职、行政职务者。

Abstract:

In order to analyze how social capital affects scientific output, we randomly select 422 professors in school of economic and management in “985 university”, and use K-Mean cluster analysis method, Kruskal-Wallis test method and Mann-Whitney U test method to do the empirical research. The results show that scientific researchers only with administrative post have more scientific output, but there is no significant difference to the quantity of scientific output. The quantity and quality of scientific output of which scientific researchers only with academic post is higher than the ones with academic post and administrative post at the same time.
