近年来我国西北五省区经济发展迅速,但随之带来的是能源的大量消耗和环境的不断恶化。CO2排放的不断增加是引起环境问题的主要原因之一。通过运用生产函数法、STIRPAT和回归模型测量我国西北五省区CO2排放量、技术进步水平,以及人口规模、经济规模和技术进步对CO2排放量的影响,得出结论:人口规模对碳排放量的影响不显著,经济规模和技术进步对碳排放量的影响比较显著,且技术进步与CO2排放量之间成反比关系;五省区中,技术进步对碳排放量影响最大的是陕西省和青海省,影响最小的是宁夏回族自治区;随着技术进步水平的不断提高,五省区的碳排放量呈明显的下降趋势。

The paper uses Production Function Method, STIRPAT Model and Regression Analysis Model to measure the carbon dioxide emissions, technological progress in these five provinces and the effect on carbon dioxide emissions from the perspective of population size, economic scale and technological progress. Then the paper draws the conclusion that the population size has no significant effect on carbon emissions, while economic scale and technological progress are the main factors. And technological progress is in the inverse proportional relationship to carbon dioxide emissions. In five provinces of northwest China, Shanxi and Qinghai are the two largest provinces where technological progress has the biggest influence on carbon dioxide emissions, while Ningxia has the smallest. progress has the biggest influence on carbon dioxide emissions, while Ningxia has the smallest.
