随着全球竞争日益激烈,“创新”在国家占领经济制高点的过程中举足轻重,其中数量众多的科技型中小企业成为创新的中坚力量。然而囿于资本缺乏,许多创新型中小企业经营举步维艰、难以为继。随着众筹融资模式在中国落地生根发芽,为科技型中小企业拓宽融资渠道提供了诸多可能。本文通过研究科技型小微企业的特点,利用众筹发展契机,探索、构建了高科技小微企业众筹的模式,并提出了可行的解决对策和建议。

As the global competition is becoming increasingly fierce,innovation plays an important role in the development of national economy. A large number of High-tech small and medium enterprises(HTSMEs) has become the backbone of innovation.However, due to the lack of capital, many innovative HTSMEs are operating difficultly. Along with the emergence of crowd funding in China, the financing channels for HTSMEs have been broadened. In this paper, after studying the characteristics of HTSMEs, we explore the mode of crowd funding for HTSMEs, and put forward feasible countermeasures and suggestions with the opportunity of crowd funding time.
