为了有效评估制造企业数字化工厂的实施水平,提升现代制造企业的综合竞争力,建立一套面向制造企业的数字化工厂评估指标体系,涵盖3项一级指标、8项二级指标和39项三级指标,结合定量分析和定性分析确定指标权重及分值,采用百分制将制造企业数字化建设划分为3个阶段:0~40分为初级阶段,41~80分为中级阶段,81~100分为高级阶段。通过对某制造企业的实例应用,验证该评估指标体系和方法的有效性与科学性。

In order to assess digital factory implementation of the manufacturing enterprise level effectively and enhance the competitiveness of modern manufacturing enterprises, the paper established a digital factory assessment index system for manufacturing enterprise which covers 3 one-level indications, 8 two-level indicators and 39 three-level indicators, combining quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis to determine the index weight and scores. Digital construction is divided into 3 stages: 0~40 is the primary stage; 41~80 is the intermediate stage; 81~100 is the advanced stage. Through a manufacturing enterprise application example, the paper verified that the evaluation index system and method is effective and scientific.
