现代生物科技的发展为人类文明进步带来新福利的同时,其“双刃剑”的负效应逐渐显现出来,且直接指向了人类自身。如何从技术哲学的视角看待认识这一新问题,需从现代生物科技安全概念和特征入手,列举现代生物科技安全问题的种种表现,分析现代生物科技安全问题的根源,并提出防范现代生物科技安全问题的对策和建议。

Abstract:

With the development of modern bio-technology, it not only have been brought new welfare for human civilized progress, but also gradually revealed the negative effects of "Double-edged sword", and its directly damaged to the human themselves. How to perceive and approach new problems from the perspective of philosophy of technology, we must list many instances to illustrate the phenomenon and analyses the source of the security problems of modern bio-technology from the concept and connotation of modern bio-technology security. With a far-reaching views, it gives some suggestions about keep away this problems.
