Abstract:Objective: Study the effective transfer of Chinese medicine knowledge with "the inheriting studio of national famous old Chinese medicine experts" (hereinafter referred to as the studio of famous doctors ) as the background and through the analysis of the internal learning mechanism of "the studio of famous doctors". Methods: Use the theory of complex adaptive systems to explain the learning mechanism in the transfer and inheriting of Chinese medicine knowledge and to research the internal mode and power sources of team studying of Chinese medicine knowledge. Results: Chinese medicine knowledge inheriting and transfer system is essentially a complex adaptive system and also a social learning process. The knowledge transfer of traditional Chinese medicine mainly is the explicit and transfer of tacit knowledge, the internal model of knowledge transfer is that the subjects of knowledge transfer and the environment constantly interact with and give feedback to each other, and jointly promote the occurrence and development of knowledge transfer. In the transfer of knowledge, the occurrence of learning is due to the difference of knowledge and the demand and expectation of the receiving party. But the fundamental driving force of knowledge transfer lies in the pressure of the environment or incentive , as well as the Internal adaptability mechanism of the system and the cooperation mechanism of competition and cooperation. Conclusion: National policy should have the measures to promote the transfer of tacit knowledge of traditional Chinese medicine. These measures can promote the transfer of knowledge and promote the transfer of traditional Chinese medicine culture simultaneously. Only in this way can we truly inherit the wisdom of traditional Chinese medicine.
