Abstract:Employee creativity is crucial for an organization and the whole country and society, and social exchange is an important factor affecting employee creativity. In this paper,we explain basic concepts and definitions to clarify social exchange, staff creativity, and give some ideas of further research on the relationship between social exchange and employee creativity of literature review, which research on brief direct and indirect effects on employee creativity of social exchange, summarize and classify the existing domestic variables and determine its mechanism, and finally to draw conclusions and propose future literature research.The study of social exchange theory and employee creativity can be combined with the current environment such as "Internet ",crowdsourcing and other new background, we should integrate the antecedents of employee creativity, process and results form a multilevel model of employee creativity of both positive and negative aspects to in-depth study.
