Abstract:Scientific research efficiency problem research provides scientific basis for the development of University discipline. The non radial and non angle SBM analysis method is used to study annual scientific research efficiency and region differences of “Project 985” universities in 2008-2014,and Using the kernel density estimation method in non parametric method to describe the dynamic evolution process of university scientific research efficiency. Results show the "985 Project" of colleges and universities scientific research efficiency level is not balanced, there is a certain regional differences; regional comparison from the point of view, the central area of the "985 Project" of scientific research in Colleges and universities comprehensive technical efficiency level higher; "one peak" obvious characteristics of the nuclear density scale efficiency curve distribution, distribution of pure technical efficiency and technical efficiency of nuclear density curve showed double peak shaped.
