我国区域创新能力对外商在华研发投资的影响研究*

Study of the Influence of Regional Innovation Ability on the Foreign R&D Investment in China

摘要:

通过建立面板数据模型,以我国区域创新能力中的知识创造、知识获取、企业技术创新、创新环境和创新绩效五项指标作为解释变量,以外商在华研发经费作为被解释变量,对2004~2013年我国30个省区的面板数据进行回归分析。研究结果表明：企业创新能力对外商在华研发投资影响最显著(弹性系数为2.027),知识获取能力、创新环境和创新绩效的影响次之(弹性系数分别为1.416、1.292、1.147),而知识创造能力的影响不大(t检验未通过)。

Abstract:

Based on the establishment of the panel data model, the paper selects knowledge creation, knowledge acquisition, technological innovation, innovation environment and innovation performance in China’s regional innovation ability as explanatory variables, chooses foreign R D expenditure in China as interpreted variable, and makes regression analysis of 30 provinces panel data from 2004 to 2013. The results show that the enterprise innovation ability has the most significant effect on foreign R D investment in China (regression coefficient is 2.027), that knowledge acquisition, innovation environment and innovation performance follow (regression coefficients are 1.416, 1.292, 1.147 ,respectively,), and that the effect of knowledge creation is low (t-test does not pass).
