基于SCP范式的“低碳住宅”政策调控机制分析

摘要:

以“低碳住宅”作为研究对象,借助产业组织理论中的SCP分析范式,分析了已有的“低碳住宅”政策体系对产业绩效的影响。剖析了“低碳住宅”政策体系影响住宅产业绩效的传导机制,采用固定效应的面板数据模型考察政策强度对技术创新及产业绩效的影响,并进行了实证分析。在此基础上,建立起符合我国国情的区域发展的“低碳住宅”调控机制,为相关政策的制定与执行提供一定的参考。

Abstract:

. This paper chooses the Low-carbon Housing as the research object, and analyses the industry performance affected by the existing policy system of Low-carbon Housing with the help of SCP Analysis Paradigm of industrial organizational theory. The transmission mechanism of housing industry performance affected by the Low-carbon Housing policy system is established, the fixed effect panel data model is choose to investigate the technological innovation and industry performance affected by the intensity of policies. So as to complete the empirical analysis on the industry performance affected by the Low-carbon Housing policy system. On the basis of the above research, the Low-carbon Housing regulatory mechanism that fits with the regional development of our country is established, by doing these to provide certain reference for making and executing of the related policies.
