创新型人才培养对于创新型企业可持续发展具有重大意义。由于国内外环境变化,人才培养成为人才风险管理的重要一环。基于当前创新型企业人才培养风险管理现状分析,指出其当前存在问题,进而构建创新型企业企业人才培养风险管理机制框架,并提出相关对策建议,以期提升创新型企业人才培养效益。

Innovative personnel training is of great significance for the sustainable development for innovative enterprises. Because of the changes in domestic and international environment, the personnel training is an important part of the risk management of talents. Based on the current situation of risk management of innovative enterprise personnel training, the existing problems are pointed out, and the framework of risk management mechanism of personnel training for the innovative enterprises is constructed, and the relevant countermeasures are put forward.
