知识经济的出现，使信息成为生产函数中极为重要的内生变量，横亘在信息富有者和信息贫困者之间的数字鸿沟指出不同社会群体之间在拥有和使用现代信息技术方面存在的差距。本文就中国行业和地区之间的数字鸿沟对中国外资撤离的影响进行分析，结果表明：数字鸿沟与外资撤离表现为负相关关系，这种相关性在高数字信息传播环境下表现明显，但在低数字信息传播环境下，对外资撤离的影响呈现正相关性。在此基础上，本文就中国应对地区和行业的外资撤离现象的提出了相应的建议。

The knowledge economy takes the information as the important endogenous variables quantity of production function. The digital divide between rich information owner and the poor one, is the gap of information technology among groups in the society. The paper analyses digital divide’s effect on the withdrawal of FDI. The result shows that the digital divide is negatively correlated with the withdrawal of FDI in China, however, this effect on the industry and districts with low digital information technology environment is showing positive correlation. Also the paper tables the proposal on the action to the withdrawal of FDI base on information technology.
