为明晰企业安全文化认同机理,进而提升企业安全文化建设效率与质量,分析企业主流安全文化的形成过程,并构建企业安全文化认同机理模型。在此基础上,分别从个体认同、群体认同与组织认同3个层面,阐释企业安全文化认同机理,提取对企业安全文化认同有显著影响的12个关键因素,并指出促进企业安全文化认同应从这些关键影响因素着手。结果表明:企业主流安全文化是员工认同企业安全文化的基础,企业安全文化认同是企业主流安全文化向企业强势安全文化过渡的关键环节。

In order to have a clear comprehension about the mechanism to the identification of enterprise safety culture, this in turn improves the construction efficiency and quality of enterprise safety culture, the forming process of mainstream enterprise safety culture is analyzed, and identification mechanism model of enterprise safety culture is constructed. Meanwhile, from the aspects of individual, group and organizational identification,identification mechanism of enterprise safety culture is discussed, accordingly, 12 remarkably influencing factors to the identification of enterprise safety culture are extracted, improving the identification of enterprise safety culture can be commenced with these key influencing factors. The results show that mainstream enterprise safety culture is the basis of the employees" identification of enterprise safety culture, the identification of enterprise safety culture is the key link for making mainstream enterprise safety culture translate into strong enterprise safety culture.
