基于CD生产函数的索洛余值法广泛应用于测算农业技术进步贡献率,但已有部分学者从不同角度指出该方法存在一定缺陷,致使测算结果不准确。本文采用余值法测算产量波动情况下湖北省棉花的技术进步贡献率,得出相邻年限的技术进步贡献率存在较大差异,该结果表明余值法测算的技术进步贡献率是不可靠的。因此,对于农业技术进步贡献率这一指标我们需要重新看待。

Based on C-D Production Function Solow residual method widely used measure the contribution rate of technological advances in agriculture, but there are some scholars from different angles indicates that the method has some defects, leading to inaccurate measurement results. In this paper, the author use the residual value method to estimates the cotton‘s contribution rate of technological progress in Hubei Province under production fluctuations, obtained the result that there is a big difference between adjacent to the contribution rate of technological advances.The result shows that using the residual value to get the contribution rate of technological progress is not reliable. Therefore, we need to reconsider whether treat the contribution rate of technological advances as a indicator in agriculture .
