    摘要:

    作为先进技术的主要知识载体,专利在技术创新和产业升级中发挥着举足轻重的作用。基于石油装备行业特点,利用关键词检索对石油装备行业中的钻井装备、采油(气)装备、完井装备等几大领域分别进行了全时段专利数据的检索,系统分析了国内石油装备行业的现状、发展趋势以及石油装备行业的发展机遇。结果表明:中国石油装备行业专利申请量在2005年以前发展缓慢,但在2005年到2012年之间呈加速上升的态势,2012年到2014年上升速度有所放缓,而其中钻井装备的专利数量最多,并且申请人主要集中在国企及院校,地域上主要集中在北京、四川等地,高端装备申请专利较少,发明专利所占比重不到50%,但是逐年在上升。最后基于分析结果给出促进我国石油装备行业发展的对策和建议。

    Abstract:

    As a knowledge carrier of advanced technology, patent plays a significant role in the technical innovation and industrial upgrading process. Based on characteristic of oilfield equipment industry, patent data of drilling equipment, oil (gas) exploring equipment, and completion equipment area in oilfield equipment are searched in all time. The trend, current situation and chance of oilfield equipment industry are analyzed systematically. The results show that number of patent development for oilfield equipment industry of China was slowly before 2005. But development was in an accelerated speed between in 2005 and 2012 and between in 2012 and 2014 in a slowly speed. The number of drilling equipment patent was biggest in all area of oilfield equipment industry. The patent applicants were concentrated in state-owned enterprises and colleges or in Beijing, Sichuan in spatial distribution. The numbers of invention patent were increasing year by year though in a lower status of 50% in all patents. At the end, several strategies and suggestions are proposed to improve China’s oilfield equipment industry based on the analysis results.
