以人才资本为桥梁,遵循“人才集聚-人才资本-经济增长”(C-C-E)的人才经济价值转化链,研究东莞市人才集聚对区域经济增长的影响。基于1990-2013年的统计数据,采用柯布-道格拉斯生产函数,计算出东莞市平均人才集聚度为3.45%、人才资本对经济增长的贡献率为66.8%,进而对东莞市人才集聚与人才资本贡献率之间的关系进行定量分析。结合综合竞争力和人才集聚度两个指标,选取五个城市与东莞市进行对比。研究结果表明:东莞市人才集聚对经济增长存在杠杆效应,即以相对较低的人才集聚水平产生了较高的人才资本贡献率,对此从宏观产业结构和人才效能两个视角进行解释。

This paper uses the talent capital as the intermediate and follows the "talent congregation-talent capital-economic growth" (C-C-E) talent value-transform chain to study the talent congregation effects on local economic growth. Based on the data from 1990-2013, this paper figures out that average talent congregation level of Dongguan is 3.45%, and the talent capital contribution rate is 66.8%. Then the study analyzes the relationship between Dongguan talent congregation and human capital contribution rate quantitatively. Taken the comprehensive competitiveness and the capital congregation into consideration, this research selects five second-tier cities and makes comparative analysis with Dongguan. The results show that the talent congregation on economic growth of Dongguan exists leverage effect, and it creates high human capital contribution rate with relatively low talent congregation. Finally this paper explains the phenomenon from the perspective of industrial structure and talent efficiency.
