Abstract:Cloud manufacturing platform is an important carrier to provide network manufacturing services for enterprises which is supported by a new generation of information technology. Research on service innovation mechanism and path is the basic premise to improve the service level and service efficiency. In this paper, the cloud computing technology is used as an exogenous variable, service concept innovation, service process innovation, service interface innovation is used as endogenous variables to build a structural equation model which can improve the service innovation performance of cloud manufacturing platform based on the investigation of relevant domestic and foreign literatures. The research was proceeded by constructing the structural equation model of the maximum likelihood estimate method with questionnaires about the cloud manufacturing platform in all provinces and municipalities. The result suggested that service concept innovation and service interface innovation are two innovative paths to the service innovation of cloud manufacturing platform, which can act as the theoretical foundation for the operation and development of the cloud manufacturing platform.
