专利密集型产业技术创新水平,为中国产业优化升级寻找有效突破口,为专利强国战略探寻着力点和发展方向起着至关重要的作用。本文分别从全国、省级区域、八大综合经济区三种角度对专利密集型产业的2005-2014年的面板数据进行绩效的分析,通过对技术和资源的深入研究,进一步分析专利密集型产业在空间和时间上绩效的动态变化,提出相应的对策和建议,为相关地区政府机构和企业的决策提供参考。
