从解决科技型中小企业融资难问题出发，引出在线供应链金融的概念及其发展。基于电子交易平台的核心模块设计和真实交易背景，突破传统供应链金融融资模式，提出四种在线创新融资模式：线上订单质押融资、线上定制预付款融资、线上存货质押融资和线上信用融资，以满足科技型中小企业生命周期不同阶段的融资需求。为有效控制在线供应链金融融资风险，基于科技型中小企业在线供应链融资实际，提出在线供应链金融发展对策，对培育科技型中小企业和促进在线供应链金融向规范化、健康化方向发展具有重要意义。

To solve the financial problem of the high-tech small and medium enterprises, the article firstly introduces the online supply chain finance and its development. Secondly, based on the core module design of the electronic platform and the real trade background, we design four kinds of innovative financing models: online order pledge financing, online customization advanced financing, online inventory financing and online credit financing to meet the financing demand of the high-tech small and medium enterprises at the different stages of the life cycle. Finally, to control the online supply chain financing risks, the article puts forward the online supply chain development strategy, which has the great influence on the development of the high-tech small and medium enterprises and the online supply chain finance.
