Abstract:Performance appraisal as a generally used enterprise management tool, has far-reaching effects on employee behavior, but the influence of different performance appraisal has different influence on employees. Many studies show thatSmost domestic enterprises adopt the evaluation orientation performance appraisal, which is not conducive to the employee"s innovative behavior. In this paper, we choose transformational leadership style as a moderator variable, introduced into the relationship between evaluation orientation performance appraisal and innovation behavior, the results showed that transformational leadership can largely correct the negative impact of evaluation orientation performance appraisal to employee innovative behavior.
