基于DEA模型的中药产业自主创新效率评价

摘要：基于自主创新投入产出视角，以安徽省为例运用DEA模型对中药产业自主创新的效率进行了静态评价。研究表明，安徽省中药产业自主创新综合效率为0.774，其中技术效率0.921，规模效率0.820，技术效率相对突出而规模效率相对较低，地区间自主创新效率存在明显的差异。而这与安徽省中药产业自主创新的要素特点和产业规模特质密切相关的。提升中药产业自主创新效率，需要增加自主创新投入，优化创新要素配置，改善创新投资环境，整合自主创新资源。

Abstract:

Abstract: From the perspective of the input and output of independent innovation,the paper has evaluated statically the efficiency of independent innovation of TCM industry in Anhui province with the DEA model,which shows that the comprehensive efficiency of independent innovation is 0.774 in Anhui province,while the technical efficiency is 0.921,the scale efficiency is 0.820.Hence,technical efficiency relatively prominent and scale efficiency is relatively low in Anhui province,and there exist obvious differences between some regions.And these are closely related to the characteristics of independent innovation and the scale characteristics of TCM industry in Anhui province.Therefore,we must enhance the efficiency of independent innovation by increasing the input of independent innovation, optimizing the allocation of the innovation elements, improving the environment of the innovation, integrating resources of independent innovation.
