在全球信息化飞速发展的竞争环境中,创业者如何有效地开发和利用信息资源成为实现创业企业可持续成长的关键。系统梳理国内、外创业生态学研究的主要成果,总结归纳了创业生态系统模型,在此基础上界定了创业信息生态系统的概念,构建以创业信息人为主体的创业信息生态系统模型,并进一步探究创业信息生态系统的创业警觉、创业信息资源整合、动态协同演化机制。

In the rapid development of global informationization competitive environment,it is the key to realize the sustainable growth for the enterprises that entrepreneurs know how to develop and utilize the information resources effectively. It analyzed the main achievements of entrepreneurial ecological studies home and abroad and summarized the models of entrepreneurial information ecological system. Based on this, the concepts of entrepreneurial ecological system were defined and constructed with the entrepreneurial information as the main body. Further more, the entrepreneurial alertness, information resources integration and dynamic co-evolution mechanism were explored.
