本文运用平均迪氏指数分解法(LMDI)分析研究了我国PCT国际专利申请量。从专利申请总量的角度,以2004—2013年的30个省市的相关数据为研究对象,具体分析了规模效应、结构效应和强度效应三个影响因素。结果表明我国PCT国际专利申请量的规模效应是推动总效应增长的主要因素,结构效应为抑制总效应增长的主要因素,强度效应与总效应虽然存在正相关关系,但不显著。据此,提出相关建议。

Based on the Logarithmic Mean Divisia Index(LMDI),this paper analysis the world PCT patent application. From the perspective of PCT application, I analysis the total PCT application of 30 provinces (cities) over the period of 2004 to 2013 in three different factors: scale effect, structure effect and intensity effect. Result shows that the scale effect of the PCT application in China is the main factor to promote the growth of the total effect, structure effect is the main factor to restrain the growth of the total effect, while the strength effect and total effect have positive correlation, but not significant. On this basis, make relevant recommendations.
