零部件产业是中国汽车产业实现由大到强转变的重要支撑与核心要素之一。当前外资、合资零部件供应商在中国市场占据优势地位,内资零部件企业总体状态堪忧,市场份额、营业利润呈现逐步萎缩趋势,构成了汽车强国的硬性短板。为此,本文对中国汽车零部件产业的现状进行了深入分析,对内资零部件企业竞争力不足的原因进行了系统剖析,在此基础上,从国家、行业、企业三个层面提出了中国零部件产业未来发展战略建议。本文着重指出,只有内资零部件企业才能真正代表中国零部件产业的实力。为此,国家必须明确培育完备供应链以支撑汽车强国建设的战略目标;行业应该加强中国特色标准体系建设,并推动跨界、跨企的切实合作;而企业则应把握汽车产业纳入《中国制造2025》的历史契机,实施全面转型升级,夯实基础,迎接改变,不断提升自身竞争力。

Parts industry is an important support and core element of China"s automotive industry realizing from large to strong shift. The foreign investment and joint venture suppliers occupy the dominant position in the Chinese market, however, the general condition, market share, operating profit of domestic parts enterprises show a trend of gradually atrophic which constitute to be a rigid short board. Therefore, the status of China"s auto parts industry and the cause of the lack of competitiveness of domestic parts enterprises are systematic analyzed. On this basis, the Chinese parts industry’s future development strategic suggestions are put forward from three aspects: national, industry, enterprise. This paper points out that only domestic parts enterprises can truly represent the strength of the Chinese parts industry. Therefore, the country must clear to nurture a complete supply chain to support the strategic goal of building automotive powerful nation. The industry should strengthen the construction of standard system with Chinese characteristics, and facilitate cross-border, practical cooperation across the enterprise. Enterprises should grasp the history of “Made in China 2025", implement of comprehensive transformation and upgrading, solid foundation and constantly improve the competitiveness.
