本文将企业合作研发模式分为横向合作研发和纵向合作研发,将研发模式选择过程分为研发合作和生产竞争两个阶段,并结合AHP法(层次分析法)和FAHP(模糊综合评价法),在AJ模型中加入知识影响因素,对影响企业合作研发的知识因素进行评价,分析了知识影响因素对合作研发模式选择的影响。研究表明：在知识影响因素较小时,横向研发合作收益率小于纵向研发合作收益率；随着知识影响因素的逐渐增大,两者间的差距逐渐缩小,当超过一定值时,横向研发合作收益率大于纵向研发合作收益率。

In this paper, the enterprise cooperative R D model is divided into horizontal and vertical cooperative R D, the selection progress of R D is divided into R D cooperation and production competition, combined with the method of AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process) and FAHP (Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation), the influence factors of knowledge are added in the AJ model, this paper evaluates the influencing factors of enterprise knowledge cooperation development, analyzing the selection of cooperative R D model based on the factor of knowledge. The research shows that: when the knowledge influence factor is relatively small, the horizontal R D cooperation rate of return is less than the vertical R D cooperation rate; When the influence factors of knowledge gradually increase, the gap between the two is gradually narrowing, when the knowledge influence factor is relatively large, the horizontal R D cooperation rate of return is larger than the vertical R D cooperation rate.
